The company has four directors, each of which has been involved in the ‘property business’ long before SAS Homes was formed. We have a great deal of experience in residential property purchase, renovation, buy to lets, commercial property and finance. We also have strong ties with mortgage companies, property maintenance companies and insurance companies as well as having our own team of legal advisors.

SAS Homes was formed initially to fund our desire to have one or two ‘Sailing And Skiing’ holidays each year but soon became a focus for our energies and pooled resources. We now operate a successful business in the South East Wales area specializing in quick purchases, buy-to-lets and renovation. We don’t operate outside of South East Wales as this is the area we know best.

When you approach SAS Homes to discuss the options available to you, the adviser that you speak to will stay with you right to the end of your case. We are are accustomed to dealing with clients in stressful home buying or moving situations every day. Therefore we have
an excellent understanding of the situation you are in and we have a great deal of experience in getting over all the hurdles that appear along the way. If you decide to sell your property to us then the sale will be performed discretely.
