What's the catch?
- If your house is currently up for sale then the estate agent will have
quoted the highest price that he thought it would achieve. If you are prepared
to wait long enough then you may well receive offers at, or close to, your
asking price. However, if you’re not getting offers then this may be related
to the condition of the property or its location.
- SAS Homes are interested in buying your home and we can do so quickly.
We aim to complete all purchases within 28 days. Sometimes it can be sooner.
In return for a quick sale, we will be looking for a discount on the true
valuation of between 10 to 15 %. We would be a cash buyer and so we don’t
need mortgage. The time-limiting factor will be your solicitor.
- An estate agent will charge you commission on the sale of your home.
This can be up to 2.5 % of the sale price. If you sell directly to us, no
estate agent will be in the loop and there will be no commission. We do
not charge fees of any sort. You will of course, have the normal solicitor’s
costs associated with selling.
- SAS Homes only operates in South East Wales because this is where we’re
located and it's the area we know best. We don’t buy property elsewhere.
